Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

ARCHÉ CYCLE ("ARCHÉ", "we") operates archecycle.com. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

What you give us. Your email address when you take LIFE CODE or join a waitlist, and your consent to hear from us. LIFE CODE answers stay in your browser. Nothing is charged on the site while enrollment is closed.

What we collect automatically. Basic technical data: browser type, device, pages visited, referral source. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Payment data. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full card details. We receive only what is needed to give you access: your name, email, country and order details.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: test results, analyses, reports, purchases.
To send you emails you signed up for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and works immediately.
To improve the product. Test responses are analyzed in aggregate to refine the methodology.

What we never do

We do not sell your data.
We do not share your test answers or analysis results with anyone.
We do not use your responses for advertising.

Your rights

You can request at any time:

Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correction — fixing inaccurate data.
Deletion — complete removal of your data, including test responses.
Portability — your data in a machine-readable format.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, these rights are guaranteed to you under the GDPR and UK GDPR. To exercise any of them, write to [email protected] — we respond within 30 days.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account or subscription is active. If you delete your data or unsubscribe, it is removed from active systems within 30 days.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies required for it to function, and basic analytics. No advertising trackers.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will note it on this page with a new date.
