Refund Policy

We want you to be sure about your purchase. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Courses (The Big Path, Master Path)

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have completed no more than 25% of the modules. After 14 days, or once more than 25% of the program has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable, because the digital content has been delivered.

Challenges (Off Stage, Break the Loop, Raise the Ceiling)

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have opened no more than the first 5 days of the challenge.

LIFE CODE

LIFE CODE is free, so there is nothing to refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

If you were charged twice, or could not access the program because of a technical problem on our side, we will refund you in full regardless of the conditions above.
