These terms govern your use of archecycle.com. By using the site, joining a waitlist, or taking LIFE CODE, you agree to them.

What ARCHÉ is — and is not

ARCHÉ is a structural analysis system for behavioral patterns and decisions. It is a navigation tool.

It is not therapy, medical or psychological treatment, coaching, or professional advice of any kind. Results are analytical descriptions, not diagnoses, predictions, or guarantees of outcomes. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health condition, please work with a qualified professional.

Prices and payment

All prices on archecycle.com are in US dollars (USD). Local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout depending on your country. Off Stage, Break the Loop and Raise the Ceiling are $47 for the waitlist and $67 at open enrollment. The Big Path is $197. Master Path is $497. Joining a waitlist does not charge you.

Payments and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, LLC. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy handles payments, invoices, taxes and customer service inquiries related to payment, and handles refunds in line with our Refund Policy.

Digital products and access

All ARCHÉ programs are self-paced digital courses: text, audio and video materials delivered in your personal ARCHÉ space. They do not include live sessions, individual consultations or coaching. Access is granted immediately after payment and is for your personal use only.

Refunds

Refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.

Your content and conduct

Your test answers remain yours. You grant us the right to process them solely to generate your results and improve the methodology (see the Privacy Policy).

You agree not to copy, resell, or republish analyses, reports, or program materials. They are licensed for your personal use.

Intellectual property

All site content — texts, methodology, test structures, reports — belongs to ARCHÉ CYCLE and is protected by copyright. The names ARCHÉ, ARCHÉ CYCLE, and LIFE CODE are our marks.

Limitation of liability

The site and its products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARCHÉ CYCLE is not liable for decisions you make based on analyses or program content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page. Material changes will be dated. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance.
